Quickly crossed to the rail, tracked leader in a slowly run race, quickened to a decisive lead passing 200M, kept on well to the line.

2BANK ON RED  R Moore  (XB)

Crowded for room at start, taken back to the rear 8-9Ls off the pace, wide into straight, finished off strongly to go 2nd 50M, nearest finish.

3SUMSTREETSUMWHERE  M F Poon  (V-/H)

Jumped evenly, held up in midfield in a slowly run race, bustled along nearing 400M, closed off well to be nearest at the line.

4FAITHFUL TRINITY  M Barzalona  (H/P/TT)

From draw 12 crossed to the lead 1300M, led them along at a slow pace, headed near 200M, weakened late just held on for 4th.

5PLANET STAR  C Y Ho

Began awkwardly, went forward to be tracking leader, pressed along 500M but couldn't muster the finishing pace, battled on final 300M without threatening.

6LUCKY GIRL  H Bowman  (B-)

Reserved towards the rear, stayed on mildly on straightening, not reached first 3.

7VIGOR FAME  Z Purton  (H/XB1/TT-)

Positively ridden to be 4th on settling, pace slow middle stages, kept on evenly passing 300M, never seriously threatened.

8THE JUDGE  C Lemaire  (H/TT)

Hampered at the start, dropped back to the rear 9Ls off the slow pace, made some ground final 300M but never close enough to challenge.

9BEAUTY DAY  Y Take  (B/H)

Held up behind midfield, pushed along inside 400M, kept on one pace to the finish.

10THUNDER STOMP  C Keane

Settled down in 8th worse of midfield, 3-wide no cover from 800M, closed off the race only fairly. No impression.

11ELECTRIC LIGHTNING  K Teetan  (B/TT)

From draw 1 raced along the fence in 5th spot, enjoyed a smooth run but couldn't quicken when asked. (Jockey unable to offer any explanation for the disappointing run.)

12SUPER FORM  J Castellano  (V/TT)

Towards the rear, remained in the 10th spot until home turn, swung wide for home, failed to finish off.
