Comments

1SUPER FLUKE  J Moreira  (B/TT)

Handily placed behind leaders in a slowly run race, well placed to strike 350M, moved up to the fore 200M, went head to head with rival, kept coming under pressure for narrow win.

2PEARL WARM WARM  S Clipperton

Caught very wide first turn before getting to a one out one back position, quickly raced to the lead 300M, joined by winner 200M and went head to head to the line, just missed.

3BEAUTY PRINCE  Z Purton  (H/XB)

Began fairly, pushed wide 1300M when pace slackened, remained in 2nd last to straight, did best work final 200M and rapidly closing on leaders, just came up short.

4VARA PEARL  K Teetan  (SR)

Raced tight entering 1st turn, severely checked 1300M and pushed wide, ended up in last 8Ls off leader, peeled widest 400M, raced up strongly to be nearest at the finish.

5INDUSTRIALIST WAY  O Bosson  (TT)

Caught wide first turn before settling down in midfield along the 2 path, 3Ls to make up 400M, closed off steadily to get within 0.5L of winner in a blanket finish.

6THE SYLPH  D Whyte

Began awkwardly, not hurried and settled down near the rear 6Ls off the slow pace, brought wide and closed off well over final 300M, nearest finish.

7HAPPY PLACE  N Rawiller  (B/H/TT)

Held up in 8th behind midfield in a slowly run race, saved ground along the rails, driven out 300M and made some ground along the inside but never really threatening.

8MASTER CERAMIBO  H N Wong  (SR-/B1/TT)

Sent forward, emerged as leader 1100M and took them along steadily, lost lead 300M, kept on effort to 150M, swamped late.

9CARE FREE PRINCE  C Y Ho  (B)

Crossed to the lead 1300M, chased pace in 3rd from 1100M, under pressure 500M, ran on one paced to the finish.

10BEAUTY LOVE  S de Sousa  (H/TT)

Pushed along after the jump, severely checked 1300M proved difficult to settle from that point, 5Ls to make up 400M, not pace to seriously challenge. (Unacceptable Racing Manner.)

11WUSHU CHAMPION  C Schofield

Jumped well from draw 1 to be 3-4Ls back in midfield, fought on same pace turning in, faded 50M to last but not beaten far.
