Pressed forward from outside draw before settling half a length behind and outside leader before turn. Shaken up top of straight, hit the front 300m and pulled clear.
2HEALTHY JOYFUL  K Teetan  (B1)

Pushed forward after good start to hold the rail inside leading pack before slotting into box seat. Came off rail turning for home and kept on solidly to hold second.
3EXCEL ONESELF  H N Wong  (H)

Hard ridden from wide draw to lead on settling, cutting in to rail passing 900m. Overtaken passing 300m but battled on gamely to the line.
4SENSATION  M L Yeung  (H/V)

Ridden along early to hold forward position but kept three-wide without cover from 800m. Wide into straight but boxed on gamely without looking dangerous.
5MR GINGER  C K Tong  (V/TT)

Began fairly, ridden to make up ground travelling three-wide without cover 5L from leader. Covered extra ground around turn but kept on fairly in straight.
6LUCKY DAY  N Callan  (B/TT)

Began OK, racing a little wide before settling one-back, one-off. Put under pressure from 500m but only one-paced in straight. Jockey reported may not have handled the wet track conditions.

Outpaced early, dropping to rear but kept away from fence. Taken wide around turn, made up some ground before turning one-paced in straight.

Made use of inside draw to hold rail position three back from leader. Made progress around turn but found little when popped the question final 400m.

Jumped OK but steadied shortly after, settling 5L from leader in one-off position. Kept on fairly early in straight before tiring.

Jumped with field but raced ungenerously early stages and clear last at 800m. Made some progress around turn and early in straight before tiring.

Began fairly, ridden along between horses but wide. Got shuffled back around home turn and found nothing when asked in straight.
