Settled behind midfield but unable to get closer than 3-wide, wide bid 550M and leaders in sight turning home, quickened well down the center, hit lead 150M, won readily.

Began well from draw 1, restrained to sit in midfield 4Ls off the pace, saved ground to straight, picked up well and looked a possible chance mid-straight, not winner's pace final stages.

Caught 3-wide no cover on jumping from 11, never far off from leaders, moved up to join leaders 400M, briefly led 250M but soon collared by winner, turned one pace final stages.

Settled down in midfield along the 2-path, shifted out for clear run 350M, ran on steadily for moderate 4th.

Held up near the rear, 6Ls off leaders in middle stages, wide bid 500M, stayed on over final 300M but no serious threat to leaders.

Tracked leaders along the fence, held up a bit nearing the top of the straight, responded well early straight and briefly went 4th 200M, run ended passing 100M.
