Settled nicely in midfield, moved to contention passing 500M, quickened well to lead 100M out, kept on well to the finish under determined riding.

Began awkwardly, crossed to the front 1100M, enjoyed an easy lead, kept grinding away when urged inside 250M, headed 100M out but fought on gamely to hold 2nd.

Tracked leader in a slowly run race, kept up the chase final 300M and stayed on well for 3rd in a pleasing Happy Valley debut.

In mid-division 5-6Ls off leader in a slowly run race, peeled off the fence near 400M, closed off steadily, had to shift out for clear running 100M and got up for 4th near line.

Never far off from leader, 4th going into home turn, advanced 3-wide, stayed on same pace over final 200M, hung in under pressure and was difficult to ride.

Tracked leaders along the fence, stayed on inside entering straight, kept on evenly final 300M but always held by leaders.

Settled towards the rear, not quickened passing 400M, soon left behind by main rivals.
