Began OK, not pressured, settling midfield in one-off position. Shifted to 3-wide position 1000m without cover, taken wider in straight, finished off strongly to win close home.

Broke fairly, ridden along in midfield but left without cover near 1200m. Pressed forward to lead passing 1000m, outsprinted final 100m but kept on well.

Began best and led to 1200m before easing into box seat. Came off rail passing 500m, under whip from 300m, battled on gamely.
4MAJESTIC ANTHEM  D Whyte  (TT)

Jumped outwards, worked forward but wide to hold one-off, one-back position back stretch. Flat-footed top of straight before picking up speed to finish close.
5JOLLY VICTOR  J Moreira  (XB-/B/TT)

Broke fairly, outpaced, settling at rear in one-off position. Over-raced passing 1000m when switched out, covered extra ground final turn, finished off nicely.

Got off with field, cutting quickly to rail 3-back from leader. Came off fence turning for home, under whip 300m out, kept on fairly.

Jumped fairly, taken in from outside position to sit towards rear in one-off position. Still well back entering straight, switched out and made late ground.

Broke OK, switched in towards rail passing 1500m, stayed on rail back stretch and turn, boxed on fairly in straight.

Began well, worked forward to sit behind leader, checked and lost ground 1200m. Under pressure final turn, giving ground in straight. Rider reported refused to stretch out.

Began fairly, worked forward to lead passing 1200m, crossed by another 1000m, dropping back to 3rd final turn. Found little in straight and faded.

Began fairly, outpaced, dropping to last. Crowded for room passing 1200m but never competitive.
12CHATER DREAM  H Bowman

Began OK, pushed forward between horses to sit behind pace first turn. Shuffled back to midfield back stretch, tired after turning for home.
