Ridden along from the one draw to keep from being crossed, remained a joint leader on rails down the back straight, gained 1L advantage around the bend and drew clear into straight, won readily.

Amongst leaders early, taken to one back position 800 metres out, remained similar turning in, fought on steadily without threatening.

Began moderately, settled not far off the pace on rails most of way, fought on steadily under pressure without threatening in straight.

Jumped moderately, travelled towards the rear on rails, made up good ground down the rails in straight, nearest at finish.

Slowly away, remained well behind to straight, switched out to obtain clear run over 200 metres out, finished off race well.
