Jumped with field, ridden along to hold rail behind leader, dropping 3-back at turn. Came off fence 500m, picked up momentum to hit front 200m, battled to line.

Began well, rolled forward but taken 3-wide with cover into turn, bumped entering straight, battled to line to just miss.
3SILLY BUDDIES  T Angland

Began OK but kept wide with cover. Shifted in and bumped entering straight, loomed 200m but continued to lay in. Jockey reported reluctant to improve.
4SMART FORWARD  D Whyte

Began fairly, raced tightly 1000m, dropping to rear away from fence. Raced tightly turn, no clear run in straight, shifted in 200m when denied run. Boxed on.
5CLANCY AVENUE  W C Marwing

Ridden along early, settling midfield between horses. Switched out turning for home but no run and forced to shift in 150m. Finished off nicely.

Began fairly, settling behind midfield. Three-wide around turn, taken wider into straight, kept on one-paced.

Not pressured at rear, edged closer to rail, switched out entering straight but no clear running. Kept on one-paced.

Jumped OK but no early pace, slipping back to rear but away from fence. Ran past tired horses in straight.

Pressed forward from inside draw to lead on settling. Set decent pace, kicked clear 400m, collared 200m, faded.
