Held up 2-wide ahead of midfield, went head-to head with the eventual 2nd from 350M, stayed on well and came out on top final 50M.

Guided to a rail spot ahead of midfield, shifted out for a clear run passing 400M, dueled with the eventual winner from 350M, out-battled near the line.

3KING'S PACT  M L Yeung  (TT)

Positively ridden from wide barrier, crossed to the fence and led slowly, kept on well turning in, headed by first 2 near 100M, hung on for 3rd.

4GALAXY PRANCER  Z Purton

Ideally positioned behind leaders but raced a shade keen, waited with until 300M, kept on steadily for 4th.

5HECO RIDER  B Prebble  (B)

Positioned 3-wide in the group chasing the pace, left with no cover from 1300M, pressed leaders entering home turn, responded briefly turning in, faded inside 200M.

6CALIFORNIA DUDE  A Suborics  (H/TT)

Dropped back to a rearward position, over 6Ls off the pace passing 400M, stayed on well.

Fractious in stalls, slow to begin, ended up in last well of the pace, made good progress from off the pace. (Lame left front.)

Travelled well enough into contention but didn't find a great deal when put to pressure, outpaced final 200M.

Restrained in mid-division, into clear 350M, failed to pick up, no impression on leaders.

Raced keenly from 1400M, rolled forward to race outside leader, gave limited response, run ended 200M and faded away.

Settled in mid-pack 5-6Ls off the pace, found little under pressure, never threatened.

Restrained behind midfield along the 2-path, found just the same gear when asked for everything.

Taken across from wide barrier, settled near last 8Ls off the pace, made no real progress when taken widest turning home.

Not hurried in early stages, held up behind midfield along the fence, outpaced passing 400M and looked uneasy in the home straight.
