Began from the widest gate, settled well behind and waited with, ran on well down the centre of the track inside final 250 M to snatch victory near the line.

Niggled along early settling in midfield, went wide into straight, ran on steadily to hit the front over 100 M out only to be caught close to finish. (Jockey questioned.)
