Showed good early speed, raced keenly in early stages but travelled better once obtained cover behind leader, into clear 350M, picked up well and in command from 200M, kept on to the line.

Crossed to a 3-wide position in midfield, stayed on well final 300M, nearest finish.

Settled 2-wide behind mid-division, pulled widest to challenge turning in, ran on steadily to go 3rd near line.

Always close up in the group chasing the pace, made his challenge alongside the eventual winner passing 300M, turned one pace final 150M and lost 2 placings late.

Settled along the fence behind mid-division, 5Ls off the pace passing 400M, stayed on without troubling the leaders.

Crossed to the lead passing 1100M, led steadily to straight, headed near 200M, weakened.

Held up near last along the inside, 8Ls off the pace in middle stages, had to make his move outwide in straight, made some progress but never a threat to the leaders.
