Moderate start. Gradually dropped towards rear despite effort of rider. Took inside run home turn and was 7Ls down passing 400M. Dashed strongly through runners thereafter to charge down leader final strides.

Pressed early to establish a 2-wide spot in the leading section. Fought on gamely home straight and hit front 200M. Looked set to victory but was caught by the winner near the post.

Driven early and soon settled 2-wide behind pace group. Peeled out and was well-positioned to strike entering home straight. Every chance inside 250M but failed to follow through close home.
4EL GRANDE  B Prebble  (B)

Checked after start and raced towards rear. Improved to the back of midfield turning in. Came wide with a strong looking challenge top of home straight but couldn't sustain effort final 100M.

Niggled early and occupied the fence in the front rank. Gave plenty when asked home straight until no extra to fend off the principals final furlong.

Good jump but trapped wide. Ended up 4-wide behind midfield 900M. Dropped further back at bend. Made decent headway home straight when the race was all over.

Well enough away but was caught wide. Eased to race 3-wide behind midfield from 900M. One-spot back turning into home. Plugged on home straight.

Out nicely but trapped wide. Gradually taken to rear 800M. Last into final stretch. Beat tired runners home.

Taken to rear from highest draw. Progressed along rail from 1000M and reached midfield home turn. Shifted out gradually and was 3Ls back leaving the bend. Couldn't pull out extra thereafter.
