Settled behind midfield after beginning from a wide draw, commenced run rounding home bend and wide into straight, sustained effort to claim victory inside final 200 M, won well.

Began awkwardly losing ground, settled in rear of midfield, towards rear and baulked for a run 300 M out, ran on to be nearest at finish. (Tactic questioned.)

Began with others, travelled keenly on rails in 3rd within 2Ls of lead, hit the front from tiring leader over 300 M out, only to be headed 200 M out.
