Settled nicely behind midfield and travelled with consummate ease to straight, quickened up smartly inside 350M, led 150M and drawing away from a high class field.

Slow to begin, settled near the rear 8Ls off a strong pace, held up at a crucial stage nearing 200M, finished well when clear and got up for 2nd just in time.
3BEAUTY FLASH  M Chadwick  (TT)

Chased the pace 2-wide, kept on steadily turning for home but was merely battling on for a minor placing when the winner swooped past inside 200M.
3SUNNY KING  D Beadman  (H)

Not hurried early stages, settled 7Ls off the pace in 11th position, into clear 350M, stayed on for 3rd but no chance with the impressive winner.
5XTENSION  J Lloyd  (H/XB)

Slow to muster, travelled towards the tail of the field 9Ls off the pace, niggled along passing 600M but took time to get going, did best work final 150M.
6SICHUAN SUCCESS  H W Lai  (TT)

Broke well then held back to a midfield position, came a bit wide over the home turn, made some progress when driven inside 500M, run ended 100M out and faded.

Vigorously ridden to find the lead, set a strong mid-race tempo, opened up a 3Ls lead turning for home but run ended nearing 200M, headed 150M and no extra.

Positioned ahead of midfield, kept on steadily in straight but lacked the pace to seriously challenge.

Dropped back to the rear from a wide barrier, over 10Ls off the pace in a strongly run race, held up 300M to 100M, stayed on well when clear.
10LET ME HANDLE IT  M Du Plessis

Raced just behind midfield, saved ground on the inside but was held up for some distance after 300M, kept on same pace final 100M.
11BRAVE KID  G Cheyne  (B)

Travelled keenly in midfield, outpaced inside 300M, no impression.
12MULTIGLORY  C Y Ho  (TT)

Briefly led in early stages, in 3rd place turning for home, not quickened under pressure, dropped away 100M out.
13SIGHT WINNER  M L Yeung

Nudged along to chase leaders early, sat in 5th making the turn, weakened turning in and was soon left behind nearing 200M, eased.
14FLYING BLUE  Z Purton

Assumed a forward position after striking interference near 1300M, driven but no response passing 400M, weakened rapidly, eased. (Unacceptable Performance.)
