Towards the rear, 11th before straight, taken widest to challenge but kept on same pace only.

Began awkwardly but soon recovered to race prominently just behind leader, outpaced passing 400M, weakened rapidly final 150M.

Didn't muster and under pressure to hold his position, at the rear of midfield the wholeway, no impression on straightening.
