Slowest out; between 8Ls and 10Ls until the 600m; launched a strong challenge down centre of home straight to lead in final two strides.

Nicely placed with cover about 2Ls from the pace before the home turn; led along the inner about 100m out; grabbed by winner in final strides.

6Ls off pace with cover at 1200m around midfield; 3Ls down turning for home; kept on strongly for a place.

2-wide and 3Ls off pace in mid-div at the 1200m; loomed a lot closer at last turn; led 250m out had every chance to at least place; just missed out.

Close-up but 3-wide no cover throughout; 1L back in 3rd at halfway out wide; briefly led at top of home straight; stuck to task well; just missed a place.

Slotted in midfield with cover passing post for first time; 1L down and with every chance off last turn and at 200m; run peaked close home.

Rearward in 11th or so down the back straight; 6Ls adrift at the 800m; briefly looked a place hope at the 300m but run faded somewhat final 100m.
