Soon hugged the inside rail, in midfield 4-5Ls back and always going smoothly, out into clear inside 300M, quickened well and kept up to his work once in front to draw clear for a comfortable win.

Broke well, dropped back towards the rear, 7Ls down inside 400 M but made up plenty of ground in straight. Never nearer.

Always well positioned, 3rd going into straight, swept to the lead inside 250M, briefly threatened but unable to sustain effort over the final 100M.

Towards the rear, 9Ls off the pace rounding the final turn, taken to outside of group and driven from 450M, ran home strongly and just came out worst of the three-way battle for 2nd.

Dropped in from his wide draw, raced in last throughout, trailed 8Ls over inside 400M, made promising headway down the inside but was left with too much to do.

Raced towards the back of the field in early and middle stages, 7Ls behind leader 400M out, never looked likely despite finishing well from off the pace.

From the wide draw slotted into a 2-wide position ahead of midfield, driven inside 400M, stayed on but not pace to challenge the principals.

Began awkwardly, assumed a 2-wide spot in midfield 6Ls off the pace, switched out for a clear passage inside 250M, plodded on final 200M.

Behind midfield and was given a waiting ride, had 6Ls to make up inside 400M but could make no impression in the straight.

Chased the leader in 2nd and was always doing a bit much considering the fast early pace, couldn't find much when placed under pressure near 350M and was swamped final 150M.

Niggled along on jumping from the inside barrier and set a fast sectionals in early stages, couldn't find much off the bend, headed near 250M and weakened rapidly. (Jockey was advised his riding in early stages lacked judgement.)

Rushed to a forward position in the group behind leaders, struggled from 600M, soon beaten turning in.
