Slow to begin, crossed to the fence and raced 6Ls back, hampered by the pace and not settled at times, shifted out near 300 M, ran on strongly for 2nd to clinch a second that spared him from compulsory retirement.

Ordinary jump only but soon taken to a prominent 3rd under a positive ride, travelled strongly throughout and being produced with every chance inside 300 M, kept on when headed 150 M from home.

Rolled along the fence and settled handily in 4th place, momentarily held up early in straight but turned in a good finishing effort inside 200 M once into the clear.
