Raced back in the field, 3-wide with cover. Came wide turning for home and lengthened strongly down the middle of the track to finish over the top of its rivals.
2AMAZING FLYER  D Whyte  (SW1/TT)

Raced in 4th position, some lengths off the leader. Peeled out turning for home kept on well right to the line.
3THE RIFLE  F Coetzee

Missed the start then showed good gate speed to improve and be up in the first 5. Took advantage of inside runs throughout to improve ran on soundly to finish close to the principals.
4AMNESTY  K C Leung  (B/XB)

Bowled along in front and kept up a good gallop all the way to the wire.
5FAIRWOOD CROWN  B Doyle  (SR)

Travelled behind midfield, along the fence. Ran on well however was one paced over the final stages.

Raced 1 off with cover, midfield. Loomed up at the 200 M but peaked on its run over the final stages.

Raced near midfield, but travelled wide and without cover for most of the journey, struggled over the final stages.

From a wide gate, near the 1300 M after being ridden along to go forward and being prominently positioned, was steadied and taken back when racing wide and without cover. Settled in last position. Made some ground along the inside.

Raced close to midfield, 2-wide with cover. Plodded to the line.

Travelled with the rear division along the paint. Struggled in the straight.

Positioned with the backmakers, always wide with cover. From the 600 M, was carried out and coursed wide and with out cover from there on.

Raced a distant third position. Gave ground sharply inside the furlong. (Blood in trachea.)

Was taken back at the start, travelling in 2nd last position for most of the trip. Never a factor.
