Began awkwardly before racing in midfield, three wide without cover. Forced wider just before straightening, closed well to take the lead near the 100m mark & had enough in hand to hold off unlucky second.

Dipped at start, improved after first 300m to race in midfield between runners. Was badly held up for a run from on straightening until getting clear with 100m left & flying home to fast finishing second. Should have won.

Pushed forward to lead. Held the lead until joined by winner near the 100m mark, narrowly held third on the line & was only beaten 1.5L on line.

Raced in midfield along the rail throughout. Stayed along the rail on straightening when just under 3L from the lead, closed off well all the way to the line to only be beaten 1.5L.

Very slow to begin, conceding a huge start. Hard ridden down the back straight to get closer to remainder of field. 9L from the lead entering last section before making significant late ground down to be beaten 2L on line.

Raced just forward of midfield before moving down to rail at first bend. Eased over the heels of leading pair on straightening when 2L behind before peaking in final 100m & weakening a length or two late.

Raced in midfield, two wide when between runners throughout. Hung outwards on straightening when only 2L from the lead before peaking on effort at the 200m mark & weakening late.

Drifted back after the start & raced third last in the clear. Shifted wider on the track approaching the corner, entered last section just under 4L from the lead & could only hold that deficit in the run to the line.

Pushed forward to race outside the leader. Was a length from the lead soon after straightening before weakening out quickly in last furlong.

Was slow to begin & raced second last throughout. Moved wider on the track approaching 500m, straightened over 6L from the lead before weakening out further to be long third last.

Trapped racing 4 wide without cover in midfield throughout. Was beaten off on straightening & weakened out to be long second last after very wide passage throughout.

Raced 4 wide with cover when worse than midfield in first half. Became intractable & ran off the track near the 500m mark & effectively took no part in the race thereafter.
