Raced just worse than midfield along the rail for the majority. Shifted away from the rail near 700m, commenced to improve between runners near 400m when 4L behind before closing strongly to strike lead in concluding stages.

2LAND POWER  K H Chan  (B/TT)

Held early lead before being crossed & racing on leaders back 1100m. Held up momentarily on cornering before getting clear running & closing to lead at 200m, hung back inwards towards rail before caught in final stages.

3OSCAR GLORY  K Teetan  (CP)

Obtained good position in midfield on the rail throughout. Awkwardly placed near heels at 400m when just under 3L behind, shifted off the rail on cornering, bumped at 300m before closing well in late stages, beaten under 1L.
4MING WARRIOR  B Shinn  (TT)

Steadied form outside gate & shifted back to race at the tail. Continued last at the 400m around 7L behind, shifted very wide on straightening before closing strongly out wide in concluding stages to 4th beaten a length.
5ALL JOYFUL  M Chadwick

Raced in midfield away from the rail throughout. Eased wider entering last section, wider on cornering before finishing evenly to midfield in dash to line.

Raced in midfield away from the rail, without cover before getting position 1,1 near 800m. Eased wider on cornering before, shifted in & bumped 300m, moved close to lead at furlong, before emptying & weakening final 150m.

Ridden forward after start & worked hard to improve to lead passing 1200m mark before crossing to rail soon after. Held 2L advantage at 800m before being joined near the 200m & weakening out thereafter. (Rider questioned).

Caught 3 deep without cover in midfield before working hard to improve to second place near 800m before shifting 2 wide soon after. Continued close to the lead at the furlong pole before emptying & weakening out thereafter.

Raced third last away from the rail for the majority. Hard ridden from the 600m mark, made no improvement in straight & was second last.

The slowest to begin & consequently raced second last throughout. Continued rearward entering last section before failing to make any headway & finishing last.
