Strode to easy lead from gate 13. Set very slow mid-race sections, where rival was on leaders back with a six length gap to third. Raced clear mid-straight & held 0.75L advantage on line.

Raced third on the rail throughout but 6L from the lead passing the 800m. Continued third but multiple lengths behind the leading pair on straightening, before making continual ground to second. (Inquiry opened into riding).

Raced in midfield away from the rail, over 8L from the lead at the 800m mark where first two raced well clear of remainder. Eased wider on straightening, moved to second place at 175m before holding third on line.

Buffeted & lost ground after start & consequently raced worse than midfield along rail. Continued rearward, over 10L from lead at half-way. Shifted inwards on straightening before making good late ground in slowly run race.

Raced just worse than midfield between runners for the majority. Shifted wider on straightening when 3.5L from lead before making steady late ground down the outside to be beaten about 2L.

Raced in midfield on the rail throughout. Entered last section under 3L from the lead before shifting outwards at the 300m mark & making up a length when holding midfield finish.

Raced 4th, away from the rail but over 6L from lead passing half-way. Ridden along to improve approaching 600m before awkwardly placed at 500m. Kept on steadily in straight & wasn't beaten far in midfield (See report).

Pushed forward & raced at the leaders flanks when first two went well clear of the remainder of the field in the early & middle stages. Dropped off the leader passing the 250m before weakening a few lengths to midfield late.

Slow to begin, raced with only two runners behind soon after start. Checked away from heels at 700m when racing keenly. Shifted to be the widest runner on straightening when 5L behind before making no impression thereafter.

Steadied & shifted back to last soon after the start. Continued at the rear on straightening when over 5L from the lead before being unable to challenge in final section after getting too far back in very slowly run race.

Raced in midfield along the rail throughout. Shifted wider to obtain clear running on straightening when 3.5L behind before weakening out in last furlong (Not suited to slow tempo – rider, see report).

Raced worse than midfield, 3 deep without cover throughout. Improved slightly in middle stages but continued wide & over 9L from lead at the 800m. Emptied out soon after straightening & weakened to second last.

Shifted across behind runners & raced near the tail throughout. Moved wider & commenced to improve near 700m, forced very wide on straightening before weakening badly in straight. (Didn't feel comfortable-rider, see report).
