Settled midfield off the fast pace early stages, took closer order 800M, 3rd turning for home, quickened to a decisive lead 350M, driven out final 200M, held on just.

Restrained in mid-division early stages, moved closer home turn, picked up well passing 300M, hit the line hard to just miss.
3PANFIELD  C Schofield  (TT)

Towards rear of midfield early stages, over 10Ls off the fast pace, moved closer to be 6Ls behind making home turn, stayed on well in straight, nearest finish.

4EXCELLENT PROPOSAL  B Shinn  (E)

Caught wide early, steadied towards the rear of the field to obtain cover, 8Ls off leader at 800M, swung wide into straight, chased right to the line, made ground late without serious threat.
5DELIGHTFUL LAOS  K C Leung  (B/TT)

Not hurried after the start, held up towards the rear of midfield, 4Ls to make up 400M, stayed on mildly to line, couldn't accelerate enough.
6HEALTHY HAPPY  A Badel  (V/TT)

Crossed to the lead 1600M, set fast pace until 1200M, taken on by rival 600M out, fought on until no extra 100M, lost several places near line. (Jockey questioned re the fast pace he set early stages)

Drifted back from wide draw, settled near last over 15Ls off the pace early stages, moved closer when pace slackened 1000M, in the 13th spot 400M, made some ground but too far back to threaten.

Badly unbalanced and lost ground shortly after the start, in midfield along the 2-path, pressed along 600M, not quickened on straightening, never reached contention.
9SILVER EXPRESS  M Chadwick  (B)

Chased leader, in clear 2nd until pace slackened halfway, moved up to vie for lead 600M, under pressure to stick with leader straightening, tried hard but faded over final 300m.
10LUCKY EXPRESS  A Hamelin  (E/TT)

Never better than midfield, saved ground along the inside throughout, failed to make any impact on straightening.
11MAXIMUS  M F Poon  (SR)

Slow to begin, recovered to race ahead of midfield, moved closer to pace halfway, wide no cover from 900M, couldn't sustain run final 250M. (Mucus.)
12SHADOW HERO  Z Purton  (CP)

In 3rd behind clear leaders, moved closer halfway when pace slackened, under heavy pressure 600M, gave ground shortly on straightening. (Jockey unable to explain for the disappointing run.)
