Comments

1WINNING SUPREME  H N Wong  (B)

Hampered at start, settled just over 2L back in 5th 3-wide down far side, commenced move 4-wide entering straight, quickened up well to snatch victory near the line.

2LUNAR ZEPHYR  J Moreira  (TT)

Began well, taken 2L back to stalk the leaders in 4th, came wide to challenge entering straight holding every chance, only to be outsprinted by the winner close to home.

3PEACE COMBINATION  D Whyte

Always thereabouts, hit the front briefly on straightening, unable to sustain effort and headed inside the final 100 metres.

4NASHASHUK  B Prebble  (TT1)

Held up just off the pace on the rail, saved ground turning in, kept on steadily without quickening under pressure.

5PEARLY TREASURE  N Callan

Settled within 3L of pace on the rail in 6th, swung off the rail in similar position turning for home, ran on under pressure but did not find much and checked over 50 metres out.

6SHOWING CHARACTER  K Teetan  (TT)

Began well from a wide gate, settled wide in midfield, switched wider into the straight, kept on same pace without quickening.

7ORIENTAL ELITE  S Clipperton

Jumped awkwardly losing ground, settled in last few on the rail, produced very good late impression in the run to the line.

8GRACIOUS RYDER  Z Purton  (H/CP1)

Taken back towards the rear from a wide gate, gained closer order past impeded runners rounding home bend, widest runner on straightening, kept on steadily without quickening down the centre of the track.

9FIRST BEAUT  M L Yeung  (CP-/B1)

Made running to the 300 metres, weakened under pressure.

10THE HAPPY BUNCH  N Rawiller  (B1/TT1)

Slightly crowded at the start, settled just worse than midfield, hampered and lost position at the 500 metres, one-paced in the straight.

11OUR HONOUR  K C Ng

Always well behind and never seen with a chance.

12LOGAN ONE  T Berry  (B1/TT1)

Slowly away, soon picked up to rear of midfield, badly hampered on the rail at the 500 metres, never recovered.
