Began well, crossed quickly to outside fence, clear leader from 800m. Shaken up passing 300m, kept finding under pressure to hold off challenger.
2SUPER ABUNDANTE  N Rawiller  (B2)

Jumped with field, quickly fell in behind leader along outer fence, shuffled back to 6th passing 800m, switched in 500m, got split 250m, finished strongly.
3TANGO FIRE  D Whyte  (B)

Began well but not pushed, switching out to find cover behind midfield. Got clear run from 500m and kept on well to be closest at finish.
4DISCIPLES TWELVE  C Y Ho

Outpaced, settling behind midfield close to outer fence. Picked up momentum 500m, switched in 300m, ran on strongly to just miss a place.
5DANE PATROL  C Y Lui

First out, headed 800m but held outer rail behind leader till 300m when had to switch in for clear running. Boxed on gamely.

Began OK, outpaced, dropping to near rear one-away from outer fence. Last at 400m, given few reminders 300m, finished off well.

Ridden along between horses early to sit behind leading pack at the 800m. Shaken up entering course proper but only one paced.

Began fairly, outpaced, dropping to near last on settling. Switched in to centre track passing 500m but one paced when put under pressure.

Jumped with field, not pressured, dropping to behind midfield. Got close to heels 500m, revved up 400m, one-paced.

Slow into stride, last on settling, switched in passing 500m, kept on steadily down centre track.

Pressed forward from inside draw racing down centre-field behind leaders to 400m. One-paced when put under pressure.

Hard ridden to sit a length behind the two leaders to 400m when failed to respond to hard riding, slipping back gradually. Rider reported did not stretch out at any stage. (Unacceptable performance.)
