Taken back from the widest draw, taken 3-wide around home bend to poise for a run, ran on steadily in straight to be nearest at finish.

Jumped fairly from a poor draw, soon a joint-leader before settling just off the lead, gained slender advantage rounding home bend, found no extra when swamped over 200 metres out.

4RED ADVENTURE  O Doleuze  (B)

Settled 2-wide in 4th just over 2L off the pace, came under pressure from around home bend holding some chance early in straight, unable to sustain effort inside final 200 metres.

Settled in midfield on rails, came under pressure home bend, snuck up on rails early in straight, unable to sustain effort inside final 200 metres.

Settled towards the rear on rails, improved steadily under pressure in straight but did not find much close to home.

Jumped well from the one draw, amongst leaders of three before slipping back to settle in 2L 3rd on rails, failed to quicken under pressure early in straight, faded inside final 200 metres.

Taken well back and waited with, came under pressure inside final 500 metres, made modest headway in straight without threatening. (Tactic questioned)

Ridden along from a poor draw travelling 3-wide without cover in forward of midfield, met minor interferences early in straight, kept on under pressure before faded inside final 200 metres.

Jumped moderately, soon amongst leaders, took up running on rails passing the winning post the first time, held narrow lead to 600 metres, dropped away quickly from 2nd into straight. (Questioned for disappointing performance)
