Raced in midfield, shifted away from the rail near the 1000m mark. Moved closer to lead when improving between runners after the 600m, had clear running on straightening, dashed to lead at 250m, continued on well to win.
2着SPARKY STAR　　H Bowman　　(B)

Last to begin, cut across to rail, raced worse than midfield early before improving between runners after 800m bend. Eased wider just before straightening, under 3L behind at 400m, closed to second at 150m & held position.
3着HELENE WISDOM STAR　　Y L Chung　　(B/H/TT)

Had no early speed & drifted back to race second last away from rail. Continued rearward & 5L from the lead on straightening before closing off strongly between runners in the final furlong to move to third in final 25m.
4着SPLENDID LIVING　　K C Leung　　(TT)

Pushed forward to race outside the leader. Shared the lead entering final section, continued to be in front until joined & passed by the winner at the 250m mark, battled on gamely in late stages to hold 4th.

Pushed forward to lead. Joined & shared lead on straightening until near the 250m mark before winner went by, battled on ok in final stages to just miss 4th.

Allowed to drift back from gate 9 & settled worse than midfield when three deep with cover. Continued to drift further back around 800m bend, was the widest runner on straightening before making some late ground to midfield.

Allowed to drift back to last early & continued to race rearward throughout. Stayed along the rail on straightening when 4L from lead before passing a few tiring rivals when running onto non-threatening midfield finish.

Raced in midfield along the rail throughout. Continued long rail & entered final section just under 3L from the lead before finishing off only moderately & being no threat when finishing just over 4L behind in midfield.

Raced three wide with cover in midfield throughout. Shifted out wider at the 500m, entered last section just under 4L from the lead before doing little out wide in final 300m & weakening to be beaten 5L.

Ride wide early before drifting back after first furlong. Was relegated to last approaching 800m. Continued last on corner, shifted out to be widest runner when 6.5L behind on straightening before doing little in straight.

Shared lead early before being crossed near the 1000m. Moved three wide when racing keen & was then caught without cover outside the leading pair from 800m. Continued close to lead until emptying 250m, weakening quickly late.

Had a nice run on the leaders back for the majority. Moved away from the rail soon after straightening when only 2L from the lead but peaked on effort passing the 300m mark & weakened poorly in final furlong.

Raced wide in midfield early asked to improve & race 4 deep without cover outside leaders from 850m. Continued to improve, shared lead near 700m when very wide, beaten off at 400m, weakened badly after extremely poor passage.
14着KARUIZAWA　　H N Wong　　(B/TT)

Raced just behind the leaders when wide down back straight before being crowded near 800m & steadying to race just forward of midfield with cover. Was beaten on straightening, weakened badly in straight. Long last.
