Broke well, disputed lead on the rail, drifted slightly further back rounding home bend, quickened under pressure to hit the front inside the 300 metres, went over 2L clear 50 metres out, won confidently.
2着TORNADO TWIST　　C Soumillon　　(B/TT)

Quickly recovered from moderate start to 4th within 2L of pace, held same one-out-one-back position to home straight, switched out for a run 300 metres out, reached 2nd 150 metres out but never threatening.

3着PRIVATE ROCKET　　C L Chau　　(CP/XB)

Jumped well from a wide gate, shifted back gradually for cover in 6th some 3L back at the 900 metres, fought on steadily to reach 3rd 50 metres out, never threatening.

4着KING'S CAPITAL　　B Shinn　　(XB)

Settled wide towards the rear, ran on steadily near the centre of the track but without threatening.

5着SUNSET WATCH　　K Teetan

Soon took narrow lead 2-wide, went 1L clear 600 metres out, headed by eventual winner inside the 300 metres, found no extra.
