Ridden to be prominent after start before getting good position 1,1 throughout. Entered last section just over a length from lead before making continual steady ground to snare lead in final stride to win by narrowest margin.
2着MERCURIAL　　C L Chau　　(XB1/TT-)

Showed good speed after start to lead. Continued to hold narrow lead until caught in final stride by winner. Beaten by narrowest of margins but held second in blanket finish.
3着DIAMOND RHYME　　K C Leung　　(CP-)

Strode forward from outside gate before settling outside the leader. Continued close to lead right the way to line before finishing third but only a short head behind in blanket finish.
4着TELECOM ROCKET　　J Moreira　　(B-/CP2)

Hampered on jumping before drifting back to race just worse than midfield after start. Moved away from rail near 600m, obtained clear running on straightening before closing well to be narrowly beaten on line.
5着FAST PACE　　N Callan　　(H/P)

Raced in midfield away from rail, 4.5L from lead passing the 800m. Shuffled further back but closer to lead as pace slowed in third section. Raced tight between runners in straight before closing well to be narrowly beaten.

Drifted back to race in midfield after start, but left wide & without cover from the 1000m. Improved position at half-way as pace slowed, before cornered 3L from lead. Made strong headway in straight to be beaten only a neck.

Didn't begin fast but mustered speed to race on leaders back. Continued to track leader on cornering before having difficulty obtaining clear running entire length of straight. Beaten under 2L but had obvious excuse.

Began moderately before shifting to rail & settling worse than midfield. Raced keenly & checked away from heels near 750m. Moved away from rail on turn, 4L from lead, before getting no clear run & not being tested in straight.

Shifted behind runners after start & raced a clear last along rail. Checked away from heels near 750m. Continued at rear on cornering, over 5L from lead before passing a few when making some ground to midfield in late stages.

Obtained good position in midfield away from rail throughout. Eased wider approaching corner, raced tight near the 300m before failing to improve & finishing in second half. Failed to challenge.

Shifted behind runners after start & raced second last, wide but with cover. Forced very wide when pace slowed near 750m. Cornered the widest runner, just over 3L from lead but failed to improve in straight & was no threat.

Raced in midfield along the rail throughout. Entered last section just over 3L from lead before failing to improve position & weakened out to beat only two runners home.

Raced just worse than midfield between runners in early & middle stages. Awkwardly placed behind heels at the 750m before shifting wider nearing corner. Made no headway in straight & was second last.

Began awkwardly & then had no speed, consequently racing near the tail throughout. Shifted away from heels passing the 750m before cornering very wide. Weakened further in straight to be last. (Blood in trachea post-race).
