Moderate start, settled towards the rear in 9th on the rail, commenced move going up the Rock to come within 3L of the pace in 6th on home bend, quickened well in straight to assert authority near the line.

Driven to lead briefly before headed entering back straight, remained close up in 2nd until improving around home bend to lead into straight, caught by fast-finishing winner inside final 50 metres.

3着VICTORY POWER　　K C Leung　　(B/XB)

Soon taken back to last few and waited with, baulked for a run early in straight, shifted out to obtain a clear passage over 200 metres out, ran on well to be nearest at finish.

4着BEAUTY SPARK　　K H Chan　　(B/TT)

Began well from the one draw but soon dropped over 2L back to joint 5th on the rail, gained closer passing the 600 metres and chased the leader into straight, kept on same pace.

Crowded at the start settling well behind, trailed the field to home straight, switched wide making home turn, fought on steadily without threatening.

Recovered quickly from moderate start to a prominent position, settled just off the pace most of the way in 2L 4th to home straight, found nothing under pressure inside final 200 metres.

Began well, raced keenly while taken back to midfield in 8th or 7th, remained similar into home straight, kept on under pressure until finding no extra inside final 200 metres.
