Settled about 4L back on the rail 5th or 4th, gained closer rounding home bend, quickened well to hit the front 200 metres out, won readily.

Travalled keenly just worse than midfield before steadied and shuffled backward towards the rear 1300 metres out, renewed effort when very wide rounding home bend, finished off the race well down the centre of home straight.

Settled in forward of midfield in 6th, gained closer to pace just over 3L back rounding home bend, 4th upon straightening, kept on steadily without threatening.

4着LITTLE GENERAL　　M Chadwick

Settled in rear of midfield, improved steadily under pressure early in straight, kept on steadily without threatening.

5着BULLETPROOF　　M F Poon

Taken back sharply for rails run from the widest gate, travelled in last few to the straight, baulked for a run over 200 metres out before making good late impression closing stages.

Crowded at start and soon dropped to last few, remained similar to the straight, fought on steadily without threatening.

Took up running from a wide gate, obtained rails run 1300 metres out setting a fast pace in the second quarter, maintained over 2L advantage into home straight, unable to sustain effort and swamped inside the final 200 metres.

Moderate start, travelled wide and well behind, came under pressure from around home bend, fought on steadily without threatening.
