Utilised his inside draw well to take the lead, set steady tempo, kept finding extra in straight to fend off pursuers, shifted out abruptly late stages but had enough to hold on.

Held up in midfield about 3Ls off leader, taken wide passing 400M, strong late challenge to clinch 2nd near line.
3着BUNDLE OF LOVE　　B Prebble

Began well, sat handily behind leaders but no closer than 3-wide throughout, stayed on final 250M and slowly getting to winner.
4着RAINBOW FIGHTER　　T Berry　　(XB/TT)

In touch just behind the pace, ridden 450M and loomed outside leader, pushed winner all the way to the line but always held, lost 3rd near line.
5着WINDICATOR STAR　　N Callan　　(TT)

Began very awkwardly, settled in mid-division along the rails, headway on inner passing 400M, still pressing winner when not much room entering straight, faded closing stages.

Restrained in midfield, shuffled backwards nearing the turn, 5Ls to make up on leader 400M, ran on well despite not clearest of runs entering 200M.
