Taken back, settled 2 off the fence 7Ls behind leader, picked up strongly once shifted into clear 250M, good headway final 150M under a forceful ride and got up close home to justify favouritism.
2着MING HOI TREASURE　　Y T Cheng　　(TT)

Held up in midfield, travelled smoothly and had a ground saving trip along the fence, came through a narrow gap on the inside 200M, hit lead inside 100M only to be caught by winner in dying strides.
3着FLORA DANICA　　M Du Plessis

Went forward, crossed to the lead near 1200M having been wide in early stages, set steady tempo to straight, headed inside 100M but battled on well to hold 3rd.
4着GOOD LUCK WIN　　H W Lai　　(SW/XB)

Settled in midfield but was 3-wide without cover for most of the trip, strode closer to leader over the home turn, briefly looked threatening mid-straight, kept on final 200M but not pace of first 2.

Positively ridden early stages to hold a position not far off the pace, responded well when driven 300M out, turned one pace final 100M.
