From draw 12 moved up to track leader 2-wide, travelled strongly leaving the bend, quickened to lead 250M then kicked away for a comfortable victory.

2SUPER INFINITY  H Bentley  (CP)

Away well from draw 1, stayed close to leaders throughout, raced tight 300M when trying to get through between rivals, finished off nicely but no match for the unbeaten winner.
3ARMOUR WAR EAGLE  L Hewitson  (H-/XB-)

Jumped awkwardly, restrained in mid-division along the fence, raced keenly 900M, held up clear running early straight before running on steadily towards the finish, got up for 3rd late.
4I GIVE  A Atzeni

Quickly away taking up the lead, kept battling under top weight early straight, headed 250M, faded towards the finish, lost 3rd late.
5CAPTAIN WIN  K Teetan  (B)

From widest barrier managed to obtain a midfield position along the 2-path, kept on evenly over final 300M for a modest 5th.
6GIDDY UP  A Hamelin  (TT)

Taken back to a rearward spot on jumping from wide draw, had some work to do top of straight, stayed on final 400M but not posing serious threat.
7GREAT STATE  M L Yeung  (TT)

Hard pressed leaving the stalls to be tracking leader along the fence, fought on one paced in the straight, always held by leaders.
8GOKO WIN  M Chadwick  (B)

Began well, strode forward to avoid racing wide, settled in 4th more forward than anticipated, only held his ground early straight, got outpaced final 200M.
9MAGNIFICENT NINE  M F Poon  (B/E)

Ended up racing 3-wide behind midfield, no cover from 800M, not going the pace to challenge on straightening. Made no impression on his seasonal return.
10THUNDER BLINK  C L Chau

Jumped only fairly, reserved behind midfield, gave limited response on straightening. Never threatened.
11DASHING DRAGON  B Thompson

Settled down in the 2nd half of the field, hard driven 500M, couldn't keep up with leaders from 300M.
12ELEGANT LIFE  A Badel  (CP)

From wide draw switched off to race at the rear, had over 6Ls to make up 400M, couldn't go on.
13PERFUSE  K De Melo  (V1)

Lacked early pace, ended up racing near last, weakened and detached from the field 400M.
