1PANDA LEGEND  K De Melo  (TT)

Had an economical run in midfield between runners. Was 3L from the lead on straightening, shifted outwards soon after before closing well to take the lead inside the final 50m to win.

2SMART FIGHTER  K Teetan  (TT)

Was trapped racing three wide without cover in midfield throughout. Improved to be only about 2L from the lead on straightening, dashed up to take narrow lead near the 150m, caught by winner inside last 50m.

3I CAN  Y L Chung  (B/H/TT)

Slow to begin before racing worse than midfield along the rail. Was held up for clear running on straightening when about 5L behind, held up again 150m, veered outwards sharply at 100m before closing well to steal third late.

4WAR OF COURAGE  E C W Wong  (B)

Led early before being crossed & racing on the leaders back from about the 900m. Stayed near the inside on straight, closed off steadily along the rail before being caught for third place in final strides.

5CLUB SODA  A Atzeni  (P)

Had a nice run 1,1 for the majority. Was under 2L from the lead entering last section, raced tight between runners from 250m until inside last 75m but was finishing only fairly to line.

6AMAZING RUN  J Kah  (CP/TT-)

Pushed forward, galloped close to the lead when racing outside the leader for the majority. Moved to lead near the 350m mark, joined by the runner-up near the 150m, battled on to be beaten only 2L.

7HAPPY DAILY  H Bowman

Drifted back & raced near the tail throughout. Moved into three wide line passing 700m, continued rearward & 5.5L from the lead entering final section, made up a few lengths when running into midfield but was never a threat.

8CELTIC TIMES  Z Purton  (B/TT)

Raced on leaders back early before a pair further back from the 900m. Came off the rail on straightening, under 3L from lead entering last section, didn't have much room between rivals in final furlong but was only fair late.

9PERFETTO  A Hamelin  (CP1)

Drifted back after the start to race near the tail. Shifted wider passing the 500m mark, shared last place on straightening when nearly 7L from the lead, made some late ground when running on out wide without threatening.

10CAN'T GO WONG  M F Poon  (B/TT)

Had no speed despite being ridden at the start & got back to race at the rear. Continued rearward, forced very wide passing the 500m, was last and 7L from the lead on straightening, passed only a few tiring rivals late.

11ME TIME  B Avdulla  (TT1)

Began awkwardly & lost a few lengths at start before improving along rail to race in midfield. Was 4.5L from lead entering last section, was finishing off only steadily, held up passing 200m, only moderate in final 100m.

12HAPPY FEELING  M Chadwick  (TT)

Raced just worse than midfield between runners in the early stages. Drifted further back after the 900m mark, was ridden along passing the 700m, was third last on straightening before making no headway & being well held.

13CALIFORNIA ICON  L Hewitson  (B/TT)

Steadied in the first furlong & got back to race worse than midfield when three wide with cover. Continued wide around bend, was wider again from 550m, was just over 4L from the lead on straightening but weakened further.

14SUPER TEN  M L Yeung  (B/XB)

Pushed forward from gate 13, continued to improve to take the lead passing the 1100m and then crossing to the rail near the 900m. Was headed in the lead passing the 350m before weakening quickly in last furlong to be last.
