Got a nice position 1,1. Raced a touch keenly near 650m bend, dashed to lead at 175m & drew away to win well.

Pushed forward to lead. Joined & headed by winner near 175m, battled well to hold second narrowly.

Was trapped racing three wide without cover in midfield throughout. Cornered wide before closing off ok down the outside in late stages & only just missed second. Good effort considering wide passage throughout.

Steadied from outside gate & taken back to share last place. Continued at the rear on cornering before making good late ground between runners in the final stages to just miss a minor placing.

Got back to race third last when coursing deep with cover. Shifted out & was the widest runner on cornering when continuing third last before making some late ground down the outside to only be 0.75L behind second on line.

Pushed forward to race outside the leader. Continued in second before emptying at the 175m mark & giving a couple of lengths in late stages to be beaten just over 3L in midfield.

Was the last into stride but made up some ground to race just worse than midfield along the rail. Shifted inwards near the 200m mark to get clear running before finishing off only fairly in the late stages. No threat.

Had a nice run on the leaders back after start. Stayed along the rail on straightening before shifting outwards noticeably mid-straight to get clear before weakening to be beaten over 4L.

Pushed forward to be prominent early before drifting back after the first bend to race in midfield away from the rail from the 900m mark. Gave ground in the final 150m & was well beaten.

Bumped at start before being steadied & taken back to last when racing along the rail. Weakened poorly in the straight & was a long last.
