Pushed forward to lead, set very slow sections in first half, straightened with a 1L advantage, looked challenged at the furlong mark but dug deep to hold off unlucky second in a very bunched finish.
2BOOM ALLIANCE  L Hewitson  (SR/TT)

Raced in midfield on rail. Straightened just over a length from the lead. Held up for clear running for the majority of the straight before diving through between runners in final stages to miss by a narrow margin.
3SURREALISM  R Maia  (B)

Raced on leaders back. Stayed close to rail on straightening when only 1L from lead, closed well all the way to line & was only beaten a neck in third.
4RISE BRETHREN  Z Purton  (TT)

Raced worse than midfield away from rail. Eased wider passing 600m, wider again on straightening, entered last section just under 4L behind before closing off well all the way to line to get within half a length on line.

Trapped racing three wide without cover in midfield after the start. Got some cover near the 650m, forced wider on straightening when just under 3L behind before closing well all the way to line to be beaten under a length.

Raced second, away from rail throughout. Moved up to be only a neck behind entering the final section, continued close all the way & was beaten under a length in a very bunched finish.

Had nice run 1,1 throughout. Moved up to be within a neck of the lead entering the final section & closed off steadily all the way to line to be beaten under a length in a very bunched finish.

Steadied & got back to last. Continued last, over 6L from the lead on straightening before shifting outwards & closing off well from the back to be beaten about a length in midfield in very bunched finish.

Steadied at start & shifted back to race third last. Continued rearward on straightening when 5.5L from lead before shifting inwards mid-straight & closing well to be only 1.5L behind on line in very bunched finish.

Drifted back to race rearward. Moved three wide near 600m, only had one runner behind entering final section, finished off steadily in the run to the line to be beaten under 2L in a very bunched finish.

Slow to begin but mustered speed & raced just worse than midfield along the rail. Moved off the rail passing 700m, shifted to be the widest passing the 400m mark before finishing steadily to the line.

Raced in midfield on rail throughout. Moved off the rail approaching the final corner, straightened about 4L from the lead, had limited room between runners in the final 150m & wasn't tested late.

Raced in midfield away from rail. Moved three wide without cover at the 650m, forced 4 wide on straightening when under a length from the lead, weakened in final stages but not beaten far despite second last.
