Began well from the one draw, gradually taken back off the pace settling over 3L back in 4th, saved ground turning in for home, quickened well to hit the front over 150 metres out to win readily.
2REWARDING TOGETHER  M Chadwick  (B/TT)

Amongst leaders early, gradually settled one back in 3rd inside the 900 metres, drifted some 3L back when pace quickened rounding home bend, hit the front briefly over 200 metres out but soon headed.

3SEIZING THE MOMENT  K Teetan

Soon dropped to tail-end, commenced move rounding home bend, switched out widest entering home straight, ran on well down stands side to be nearest at finish.

4ASTROLOGER  A Badel

Recovered quickly from moderate start, gradually shifted back to 5th some 4L back passing the 900 metres, renewed pressure home bend and wide into straight, fought on under pressure but found no extra inside final 50 metres.
5STAR BRITE  H Bentley  (CP/TT1)

Close up early, carried over 4L back to 6th passing the 900 metres, drifted over 6L back when pace quickened onto home bend, forced to switch in for a run inside 250 metres, fought on steadily.
6SUCCESS FIGHTER  C Y Ho  (B/TT)

Settled mainly in midfield, came under pressure rounding home bend, fought on steadily down the centre of the straight without threatening.

Broke well but soon dropped behind midfield on the rail, fought on nicely without threatening.

Settled worse than midfield, dropped further back passing the 600 metres, fought on nicely in straight without threatening. (Lame)

Moderate start from the widest gate settling wide without cover towards rear, swung very wide into straight, ran on under pressure to be nearest at finish.

Crowded at start, settled well behind, saved ground turning for home but made no impression in straight.

Hard ridden from moderate start to take up running 1000 metres out and obtained rails run shortly after, quickened up the pace coming onto home bend, found no extra inside final 300 metres.

12JOLLY GOOD HEART  M F Poon

Ridden from a wide gate to be up with the pace, disputed lead 2-wide from the 850 metres, quickened with race leader coming onto home bend, dropped away quickly inside final 200 metres.
