Just over 2L back in 4th early, dropped to 6th over 3L back when pace quickened at the 1100 metres, commenced move wide round the bend and the widest turning for home, sustained effort inside 200 metres to claim narrow victory.

Settled in 5th on the rail within 3L of the slow pace, became 6th in a similar position passing the 1200 metres, quickened up with the pace rounding home bend drawing level momentarily over 200 metres out, just denied.
3EXULTANT  Z Purton  (XB/TT)

Settled just off the pace in 3rd on the rail, maintained a similar 2L back position when pace quickened around home bend, commenced move 3-wide entering straight, held some chance over 150 metres out but unable to sustain effort.
4GLORIOUS DRAGON  M F Poon  (TT)

Settled well behind and waited with, obtained a clear passage 300 metres out, ran on under pressure to claim 4th and never threatening.

5TIME WARP  K C Leung  (TT)

Broke well to lead setting a sedate pace early stages, quickened up the pace to maintain lead when challenged 1100 metres out, found no extra when swamped inside the final 250 metres.

6COLUMBUS COUNTY  B Shinn  (H/TT)

Settled at the back in the slowly-run early stages, made rapid progress forward from the 1250 metres to join race leader briefly, shifted one back to stalk the pace on home bend, renewed effort home turn but run ended quickly.
7PLAYA DEL PUENTE  A Badel  (SR/TT)

Ridden forward to travel just outside the leader, one-out-one-back in 3rd passing the 1100 metres dropping further back to 4th some 3L back when pace quickened, dropped out from 4-wide into home straight.
