Raced just worse than midfield away from rail before moving 3 wide with cover near half-way. Travelled strongly between runners approaching corner, 3L behind, before finishing strongly to charge to lead inside final 100m.

2GLORIOUS DRAGON  Z Purton  (TT)

Steadied & shifted back to rear after start. Eased wider & improved quickly around field approaching corner, straightened the widest runner before closing strongly to second in late stages, beaten under a length.
3SINGAPORE SLING  C Schofield  (SR-/XB-/CP1)

Enjoyed good run in 1,1 throughout. Eased 3 wide entering last section, dashed to assume narrow lead near the 150m before over-run by first two in closing stages. Only beaten 2L.
4HARMONY VICTORY  A Badel  (SR/TT)

Raced rearward after start before being checked & losing some ground near the 1300m. Relegated to second last, nearly 4L behind entering last section before being hampered soon after. Closed off steadily but was no threat.
5CINQUANTE CINQ  M Chadwick

Enjoyed economical run in midfield on the rail throughout. Continued on rail on straightening, 3L from lead, shifted outwards at the 250m before finishing off evenly to midfield late.

6TIME WARP  C Y Ho  (TT)

Pushed forward to lead before crossing to rail near the 1250m. Joined & shared lead soon after straightening before peaking at the 150m & weakening out thereafter.

7RELIABLE TEAM  J Moreira  (CP)

Raced prominently before settling second, away from rail for majority. Moved up to share lead soon after straightening before being headed at the 150m & weakening a few lengths thereafter.
8BEAR AGAIN  V Borges  (SR)

Pushed forward before racing in leaders back from the 1250m. Travelled well on corner, checked & disappointed for clear running after straightening before weakening a length or two in last furlong.

9INSAYSHABLE  M F Poon

Taken back after the start before being hampered near 1300m & racing second last. Relegated back to last approaching the 450m before weakening out sharply in the straight. (Lame post-race).
10SIMPLY BRILLIANT  K C Leung  (XB)

Raced in midfield but was caught wide & without cover throughout. Hard ridden passing the 500m mark before weakening out significantly in the last section. Long last.
