Raced worse than midfield on rail, over 6L from the lead passing the 800m. Made continual headway in straight, moved away from rail at 300m before squeezing between runners in late stages to snare narrow lead on line.

Raced prominently before getting good position 1,1 from the 850m. Eased 3 wide on corner, entered last section 3L from lead before making continual ground to share lead at the 50m mark before being caught by winner on wire.

Shared lead momentarily after start before being crossed & racing on leaders back for majority. Moved over leaders heals on straightening, dashed up to take lead at 150m mark before being over-run late. Not ridden out late.

Began well before being allowed to drift back before shifting across to midfield. Shifted into clear running entering last section when 4.5L from lead before closing strongly in last 250m to be beaten under a length on line.

Shifted across to midfield but was left 3 wide without cover from the 900m. Improved position around field when pace slowed in middle stages, forced the widest runner on turn before making steady late ground, close behind.

Improved after the start before striding to lead near the 1200m & crossing to rail near the 900m. Raced nearly 2L clear in front entering last section before being joined at the 150m. Hampered late & wasn't beaten far.

Obtained good position in midfield on the rail, only 2.5L form the lead approaching the 800m. Continued along the rail on straightening when 3L from the lead before weakening out poorly in final 250m.

Steadied after start before shifting across to race just worse than midfield. Ridden along to improve passing 500m, cornered the widest runner when 5L behind before passing a few when running on fairly to midfield.

Hard ridden after the start to hold position at the rear. Continued near the tail when 7L from the lead on straightening before passing only one or two tiring runners in late stages. Beaten over 5L.

Drifted back after the start before settling rearward. Relegated to last near the 800m when shifting out. Continued a clear last, over 8L from lead on straightening, passed a few tiring runners late, never likely.

Raced in midfield on rail throughout, around 4L from lead passing the 800m. Attempted to move away from rail on straightening before being checked & losing ground before making no headway thereafter. Well beaten.

Shifted out at the start before drifting back & racing third last, 7.5L from the lead at the 800m. Continued well back entering the straight before making no headway & being well beaten.

Showed speed to share early lead when racing wide before steadying & drifting back to midfield. Eased 3 wide passing the 500m, continued within 3L before peaking at 300m & weakening sharply in last furlong. (Bled).

Improved position when racing wide after the start before eventually getting outside the leader near the 800m. Hard ridden prior to straightening before weakening significantly to long last. (Lame, must trial).
