Shared pace out wide in early stages after beginning from a wide gate, obtained rails run in the front coming onto home bend, drew clear inside the 250 metres, won unextended.

Began fairly, settled wide in rear of midfield, remained wide into straight, ran on under pressure to snatch 2nd final strides.

Niggled at and amongst the leaders early, taken some 2L back in 5th after the first 200 metres, became 4th approaching home turn, fought on to reach distant 2nd briefly 100 metres out.

4BEAUTY ONLY  H Bowman  (CP/TT)

Slowly away, settled at the back, ran on under pressure inside the final 400 metres.

5PERSIAN KNIGHT  M Demuro  (TT)

Jumped awkwardly from a wide gate, settled wide in last few in straight, commenced move approaching the home turn and the widest runner turning in, unable to sustain effort inside the final 200 metres.

6NOTHINGILIKEMORE  J Moreira  (B)

Jumped best from a wide gate and led the first 200 metres before taken back to midfield 3-wide, gained slightly closer when without cover rounding home bend, reached 2nd briefly passing the 200 metres and soon swamped.

Awkward start losing ground settling well behind, went wide into straight, did not find much room early on, kept on without quickening inside the final 200 metres.

Settled in last few on the rail, angled out turning in, made up some late ground in closing stages.

Ridden for the first 200 metres and hit the front narrowly 1200 metres out, snatched 1L back 2-wide coming onto home bend, kept on before weakening out of contention inside the final 200 metres.

Settled in midfield on the rail, came under pressure after straightening, tightened on the rail 300 metres out.
