Taken back from a wide draw, raced at tail, 7 lengths back, still last turning in, taken widest after passing 300M, finished off very strongly to score by a nose.

2RATTAN  N Callan  (CP)

Taken back from gate 13, raced 3 wide with cover at rear, 5 lengths or so back, taken wider turning in, showed very good response in straight, took the lead near 50M, but couldn't hold off the rival on line.

3CITRON SPIRIT  C Schofield  (H/XB)

Average to begin, raced 3 wide with cover in midfield, angled out after passing 500M, showed very good response in straight, took the lead near 200M, kept on well thereafter, just couldn't hold off the first two late.

4HARMONY VICTORY  U Rispoli  (H1/SR1/TT1)

Slightly slow out, raced 2 wide at rear, 6 lengths back, still 4 lengths or so back turning in, angled out early in straight, finished off well when clear final 150M, good debut. (Rider dropped right rein 350M.)

Began fairly, raced 4 wide at rear for the majority of the race, taken very wide in straight and finished off well.
