Eased out early to settle worse than midfield. Became unsettled and was checked off heels 900m. Bumped when coming out at 500m. Steady early in the straight before kicking from 200m. Peaked late, but just held on.
2SAM'S LOVE  H N Wong  (B-/TT)

Dropped back early to sit a clear last. Still last, and widest in the straight at 300m. Showed huge turn of foot from 200m and was making good ground on winner, but just ran out of time.
3CARE FREE PRINCE  T Berry  (B)

Kicked clear early to lead. Stayed on solidly in the straight, but slightly 1 paced. Couldn't match the kick of the first two, but clear 3rd late.
4TOP ACE  C Wong  (TT)

Broke well, before easing back to settle midfield. Ran well in the pack early in the straight. Came off heels to keep improving 150m and solid to the line late.
5GOLDEN FOUR  O Doleuze  (H)

Dropped back from the wide draw to sit at the rear of the field. Inconvenienced at 900m. Last turning for home. Came to the inside rail and stayed on solidly late.
6BIG BULLY  N Callan  (B)

Began awkwardly, but managed to get to midfield, stuck 3 wide no cover. Plugged away solidly without threatening in the straight.

Pressed forward early to settle 2nd, on the leaders flank. Stuck his nose in front at 200m, but peaked soon after and dropped back quickly.

Cruised forward early to settle around midfield. Plugged away in the straight without threatening. Vet- Lame in off fore leg.

Bumped on jumping, before dropping back to sit towards the rear of the field. Bumped 500m. Came off heels 200m, but no threat in the straight. Vet- Lame off fore leg.

Taken up early to settle 3rd, on the fence. 1 paced early in the straight, before fading late.

Cruised out early to settle around midfield. 1 paced in the straight.

Not used too hard early to settle 4th, 1 off the fence. Loomed at 300m, but was a spent forced by 200m and dropped out quickly.

Slowly away and sat worse than midfield. Slightly closer when bumped and took turn awkwardly at 900m. Didn't run on in the straight. Vet-mucus in trachea.
