Chased leaders in 4th, ran on strongly hit the lead 200M, dashed clear final stages for 3 successive victories over Shatin 1000M. Won in very fast time.
2SAUL'S SPECIAL  O Doleuze  (B/H)

Raced alone towards the center of track, up with pace, kept going soundly final 400M, no match with winner 200M.
3SUPERICH  J Moreira  (SR/TT)

Bumped at the start, failed to muster speed, settled midfield along stand's rail, awkwardly placed halfway and shifted out 400M to go forward, strong to the line and got up 3rd late.
4MONTREAL  Z Purton

Showed speed to be sharing the pace along stand's rail, couldn't lift when under siege 250M, one paced late on and lost 3rd last stride.
5COOL TEAM  K C Leung

Slow to begin, held up behind midfield but never too far back, closed off mildly final 400M without threatening first 4.

In mid-division 2-3Ls off the pace, kept on one paced to the finish, never a serious threat.

Restrained to be 6th not far off leaders, chased one paced over final 400M, couldn't come on.

Moved across from low draw to be racing just off the pace, bustled along halfway but unable to quicken, wilted in the run home.

Bumped by rival after the start, in 12th place 4-5Ls back, struggled to stay in touch passing halfway, detached from main field.

Stood flat footed at the start and lost many lengths, 8Ls off the pace in the rear, not making up ground in straight and never involved.
