Settled down 2-wide in midfield, had over 5Ls to make up passing 400M, motored home strongly, edged clear 50M to win two in a row.

Began well from draw 1, 5th on settling never far off from leader, gave a sustained run on straightening, found the line well but winner too strong final 150M.

Slotted into a position behind midfield, 6Ls off the fast pace home turn, finished off well to take 3rd just before line but couldn't trouble winner.

Crossed to the lead 1300M, led steadily before quickening up 700M, kept trying turning home, outgunned final 100M, lost placing last stride. (Jockey questioned re his riding from 700M.)

Hugged the rail from draw 2, chased leader on settling, pace fast from 700M, held ground and failed to improve position in the straight.

Taken back from wide draw, 7-8Ls off the pace in 2nd last spot, brought wide 400M and made some ground down the outside without threatening.

Held up in mid-division 5-6Ls off the pace, failed to accelerate turning home, no threat to leaders.

Switched off to race near the rear, 8Ls off the fast pace home turn, ran on mildly passing a few beaten rivals, no impression on leaders.

Chased pace in 4th first half, shuffled back to midfield 500M from home, couldn't come on in straight, failed to make up ground.

Raced keenly when being steadied looking for cover, caught wide from 1400M, gradually improved to track the pace 700M, couldn't quicken early straight, weakened 200M.
