Tracked leaders, moved smoothly into contention passing 400M, picked up strongly to draw alongside leader 100M, matched strides and got the upper hand closing stages.

Went forward, crossed to the lead 1000M and soon pressed by rival, continued on strongly entering straight, put up a good fight just narrowly failed to hold off winner.

Settled in mid-division along the inside, stayed on evenly final 400M, got up for 3rd late stages, not reached front pair.

Moved up to press leader entering home turn, travelled strongly to straight, driven out 300M but was outdashed by first 2 mid-straight, fought on just failed to hold 3rd late stages.
