Chased outside the leader, waited with till 350M, gained the lead mid-straight, continued on willingly under steady hand ride and always had enough to hold off fast fin 2nd.

Settled down 7-8Ls down in 10th, driven at top of straight, rallied under urging and made sound progress over final 250M, nearest finish.

Held up in mid-division, stayed on moderately under top weight, got up for 3rd near line but made no impression on first two.

Set good early pace along the rail, steadied the pace middle stages, fought on briefly when challenged by winner 300M then gave out passing mid-straight, lost 3rd near line.

Jumped well from 14 but soon restrained to the rear, over 7Ls off the pace 400M, brought widest and closed off the race strongly, just missed 3rd in blanket finish.

Not hurried, settled down 8-9Ls near the rear, wide no cover from 1400M, stayed on mildly over final 300M under top weight.

7Ls off the pace behind mid-division, saved ground on the inside, made non-threatening progress up the fence final 400M.

Gained a midfield position along the 2-path, 4-5Ls back at top of straight, kept on one paced, never seriously threatened.

Urged to a gain a forward position just behind leader, lacked the needed kick inside 300M, faded from mid-straight.

4Ls behind leader in 5th as they settled, had every chance turning in, peaked 200M, no extra late stages.

Dropped back after start, over 9Ls off leader in early and middle stages, stayed on only fairly behind horses, never involved.

Towards the rear, waited with till 450M, gave limited response when driven.

Within striking distance in 4th, outpaced passing 350M, had nothing to offer.

Held up in midfield 5Ls off the pace, found disappointingly little in the straight, first to be beaten.
