Ridden to hold third early before settling one-back, one-off first turn. Dropped back 1250m when several back-markers took off. Got clear run from 400m, hit front 200m, edging clear final strides.
2JUMBO SPIRIT  B Prebble  (B/TT)

Pressed forward from wide draw to lead on settling, crossing to rail 1750m and slowing pace. Shuffled back to 3rd 1100m but retook lead 400m. Battled strongly final 200m, losing in final strides.
3MAC ROW  K C Leung  (H/XB)

Restrained and shifted across behind horses from wide draw but difficult to settle. Allowed to roll forward from 1250m to take lead at 1100m. Collared 400m but kept on well to hold minor placing.
4ENTRUSTING  H N Wong  (SR)

Quickly into stride, sliding into box seat before first turn. Got shuffled back during mid-race moves 1100m, stayed on rail entering straight and ran on strongly to just miss a placing.

Began fairly, racing at rear till tightened near 1800m. Taken wide and allowed to roll forward circling field to one-back, one-off position around final turn. Kept on well till tiring final strides.

Began well, racing with leading pack to first turn before settling three-back, one-off. Allowed to roll forward three-wide passing 1100m, even wider entering straight but kept on well to be closest at finish.

Began well but kept wide before sliding forward to race outside leader passing 1650m. Shuffled back to fourth 1100m, cutting to rail and holding box seat. Kept on well in straight.

Began OK, allowed to stride forward but three-wide, gradually edging forward to race outside leader turning for home. Kept on well early in straight before tiring final 200m.

Began OK, restrained and taken across behind horses to rail at rear around first turn. Came off rail entering straight but only one-paced.

Began fairly, taken in but kept away from fence, settling behind midfield in one-off position. Switched three-wide around final turn to make challenge but only one-paced in straight.

Crowded out and bumped start, ridden but failed to muster, settling in midfield. Lost position back stretch when others moved forward and found little in straight when asked.

Jumped OK, restrained and taken across behind horses but difficult to settle and kept wide at rear. Never competitive.
