Positively ridden from wide barrier, emerged as sole leader 800M and carved off good sectionals, had 2Ls in hand inside 200M, held off fast finishing 2nd by a diminishing neck.

Settled down off midfield 8Ls off leader in middle stages, bustled along 500M out, ran on strongly from 250M, just missed.

Closed up early stages, caught 3-wide no cover eased back to midfield, 7Ls off the pace home turn, stayed on well to go 3rd 50M, nearest line.

Vied for lead early stages, chased leader in 2nd 800M, well clear from rest, kept on evenly final 300M but not able to challenge winner, lost 2 placings near 50M.
